Something Fishy... Oops

Posted by Wurfel-Waffles - May 31st, 2012

Recently a few friends and I ran into some smeared fishy fish basket and fishes splatted all over the Audio Portal... I'm seriously damn sorry! OOPS!

Took us a while to clean it up. A guy from audio moderator teams caught us red handed. We surrendered. Weapons down, handed over and... a jerk confessed (see the URL above)... but like he said: his post doesn't represent everyone who involved in kicking that fishy basket.

So, I gotta write this post. Not totally his faults because he didn't make the tool. I CREATED the damn exploits. Someone else kicked the basket first but I picked up the fishes, made them more sting and threw at the Audio Portal and everyone's faces.

So yeah, entschuldigung...

lutefisk?

I think so...

Perhaps fluke...
Black Tiger's been around before 2008 hasn't it? Did you make the news before then?

We are glad recently we didn't make the news. Although a few weeks ago someone post our work on some leaks http://www.cyberwarnews.info/2012 /05/16/3178-accounts-leaked-from-
djartsgames-ca/ . You can see 'f0ny' and 'ND1337' commented on it. One of them is a key figure of our group. Both are from the group. Also http://www.cyberwarnews.info/2012 /02/29/12000-accounts-leaked-from -polish-website-vista-pl/ by ph03n1x1337 and NorskeDrittsekk.

We actually have been around the playground and on the stage long before 2008. We just didn't have a stable and professional organization yet. Started as a bunch of university/college youngsters who like to hack & crack security measurements and props in 1998. I stayed inactive around 2000-2004 due to conscription and finally returned to the group at 2007. We officially have our name for the group in 2008. We have wide ranges of clients of all size. Government, industry, business, education up to geopolitic, espionage and intelligence.

I hate you. This is truly a parody of my post. :-(

;) Glad shits worked out. I got your back, ND1337.

Das ist schade.

:D lol

That's quite a story! Thanks for putting up the links (I cringed a bit reading them).
Ever watch a movie called "Sneakers"? Robert Redford, Sydney Portier movie about, well, what you guys are doing, only glorified and with a dash of IRL.

Those news sometime gave us a certain levels of reputation, both good and bad. We dump information because we want the site/database owners care about their database and 'be afraid' that they are going to be prepared for the next attacks. It's written in our manifesto. It`s just good for all of us but not everyone thinks it is good. In fact some people thought we are on the same boat as hacktivist and script kiddies. it`s just plain wrong.

I never watch the movie but thank you for your suggestion, I must check it out asap.

Tiger team is what we call our kind of pen testers. TIGER is actually an acronym. It stands for Technical Integration Group Engaged in Research. We aren't whitehats fresh from college. Most of us are underground hacker, cracker, phisher, VXwriter, cryptographer... basically a team of security mercenaries. Hack & crack for money. Thirst for reputations.

You, Herr Waffles, are a badass of the internet.

One of many.
