Mastering is the whole problem here. I really like the melodies. Just try to make the piece a bit more dynamic. Good work.

Nimble responds:

Yeah,I'm not so good at mastering ^^" but I'm trying to improve the best I can. As for dynamic,I really don't know what went wrong with all the dynamics I had put on the song pre-render. Oh well :P Thanks for the review!(P.S:Sorry for the late-ish reply :p)

Amazing work. Fuck those 2 below me for not giving a proper review. This piece deserves a more classic commentard! Ahem.

First movement states it all. It's like the rise and fall then rise of the tidal waves. First movement is an exceptionally beauty of the whole piece. It has tremendous amount of energy with smooth uses of string work. Transitions are brilliant made. The kingdom is raise with its own power and beauty.

The second movement is starting with dark and mystical feeling. Truly applies to the theme of the piece; a mighty kingdom raises and now falls in to chaotic. War and conflict tear the land and its people then fall apart.

Great use of dissonances in the 3rd movement. Quite interesting with the woodwinds you arranged. Now here comes the star of the whole piece, movement 4th. Those 2 movements play with together in great harmonies. The kingdom now can all arise with its loyalty people once again.

Overall this piece has huge potential for film music and game soundtrack. It is a superb, elegant and well written/arranged masterpiece. I have hard time writing review for this piece. It is flawless. Beautiful work, Samulis Augustus!

10/10

samulis responds:

Wow! You interpreted it far better than I would have. :D

Those two poor fellas didn't get any cookies, I guess. The first movement seems to be popular, but you like the fourth a lot too... I think they do a good job of framing the piece. I hope to write more work like this in the future!

I do not know what to criticize here. In fact, nothing!

So noble, fuck yeah!

samulis responds:

Haha, thanks Waffles! I think I will arrange a larger song from this, I had so much fun writing the loop.

This is a new kind of glitch-hop but I like it. Very nice work.

Pretty nice. Thing is real fractal music doesn't sound like this.

KKSlider60 responds:

I know, and I didn't intend to make fractal music. :3

Thanks! Modplug is what I use for everything now. I was actually surprised how well this came out, but I feel like there is so much more I need to do with it.
